HR Business Partner

Reed HR are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client in Cobham on a permanent full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with managers, building trust, and helping teams do their best work.About the RoleYou''ll be the main point of contact for your client groups, offering both day-to-day support and longer-term guidance. The role is hands-on but also gives you the chance to contribute to wider people initiatives and help shape how we work.Responsibilities:Working with managers to support all aspects of people managementHandling more complex employee relations issues with confidenceSupporting restructures, change programmes and workforce planningHelping to drive engagement, wellbeing and inclusion activitiesUsing data and insights to guide decisions and spot opportunitiesAdvising on talent, development and succession planningReviewing and improving policies and processes where neededRequirements: Experience as an HR Business Partner, or a Senior HR Advisor ready to step into a bigger roleStrong ER experience and the confidence to guide managers through tricky situationsSomeone who builds relationships easily and works well with different personalitiesA practical, solutions-focused approachComfortable working independently, with a good balance of office and home workingCIPD qualified or working towards it (or equivalent experience)Benefits:Hybrid working - flexibility Free on-site parkingA supportive team and a ..... full job details .....
