HR Business Partner

Immediate start available for an experienced HR professional with a passion for Employee Relations.- This is an interim role for a period of circa 6 months to support the HR Director and HR team with a high volume of ER case work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume Employee Relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and conduct matters.
• Lead complex absence management cases from-start to finish-
• Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers.
• Support the team on other HR activates as directed

If you are a proactive self-starter with a strong track record of managing a high volume ER case load then this is a great opportunity for you.- The role is offered on a hybrid basis, 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
