HR Business Partner (Infrastructure Projects) London Hybrid Working (3 days on-site, 2 days home) Pure is delighted to be supporting a leading engineering and infrastructure business in the search for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a major UK infrastructure programme. This is a highly visible role partnering senior operational leaders across multiple project teams, providing a full generalist HR service in a fast-paced, complex and unionised environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving people initiatives, strengthening management capability, supporting organisational change and ensuring best practice across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver both strategic and operational HR support. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate employee relations, workforce planning, talent development and people processes, while supporting continuous improvement across HR systems and reporting. Key Responsibilities;Partner with operational leaders to provide expert HR guidance and coaching.Build management capability through proactive advice on people matters, employment law and best practice.Lead and support employee relations activity including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management cases.Produce HR reporting and people analytics to support operational and strategic decision-making.Drive continuous improvement projects and support the development of HR ..... full job details .....
