Reporting to the HR Director and working alongside an established Senior HR Business Partner, you will take ownership of dedicated client groups across the business, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees while driving key people initiatives. What You''ll Be Doing No two weeks are the same, but your responsibilities will include: Providing comprehensive HR Business Partner support across arrange of functions Partnering with managers to provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, performance improvement, and conflict resolution. Supporting talent management and succession planning initiatives to help develop future organisational capability. Driving employee engagement activities and helping to analyse and act upon employee feedback and pulse survey results.
