HR Business PartnerOur client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join on an interim basis until the end of March 2026. This is a hybrid role based in Birmingham (three days onsite per week), offering the opportunity to play a key part in shaping people strategy and delivering high-quality HR support across the organisation.In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and line managers, providing expert advice on HR policies, employee relations, and people management practices. You will partner with leadership teams to align HR initiatives with evolving business needs, contribute to organisation design and change projects, and support the delivery of core HR processes. With a focus on delivering an excellent employee experience, this role also offers the chance to influence strategic HR priorities while maintaining flexibility to respond to changing organisational demands.As a HR Business Partner you will need to have/be:CIPD Level 5 or aboveStrong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly, draft accurate correspondence, and confidently deliver challenging messages to stakeholders at all levels.Proven stakeholder management expertise, including advising and guiding line managers on all aspects of HR.Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to remain effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to ..... full job details .....
