You will play a key role in developing HR policies, leading recruitment campaigns and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert advice and case management on complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and performance cases.Partner with managers to proactively resolve workplace issues and support effective conflict resolution, including mediation where appropriate.Advise managers on sickness absence, occupational health referrals and reasonable workplace adjustments.Develop, review and implement HR policies in line with current employment legislation and ..... full job details .....
