HR Business Partner Warehouse and Logistics Location: Nottingham (Hybrid working) Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 Temp to Perm opportunity to start ASAP Are you an experienced HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor looking for a role where you can genuinely influence the business? We re recruiting for a global organization who are seeking a HR Business Partner to support its busy Warehouse and Logistics operation, employing over 250 staff. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you ll partner with managers, provide expert HR advice and get involved with new projects. The role You ll be reporting directly for the logistics arm in Europe, providing reports and monitoring KPI s as well as getting involved in group projects. It s a busy role and you will never be short of work! Key areas include: Coaching and challenging managers on people-related matters. Overseeing employee relations issues - which is outsourced. Supporting recruitment, workforce planning and departmental resourcing. Driving employee engagement initiatives and action plans. Supporting Learning and Development and delivering training where required. Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and ways of working. Producing HR reports and ensuring accurate employee and payroll data. Working closely with the wider HR team and Shared Service Centre.
