HR Business Partner

About the Role
As HR Business Partner, you will support UK functional leaders across all people-related processes, ensuring compliance with legislation while driving strategies that enhance productivity, capability, and employee engagement. Reporting to the HR Director UKI, you’ll collaborate with global HR teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.

Hybrid working is offered, with an expectation of at least 3 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Provide pragmatic ER advice to managers, proactively identify trends, and foster a culture of trust, fairness, and open communication.
- Talent & Performance Management: Champion performance, engagement, development, and DEI initiatives. Lead succession planning and talent identification for critical roles.
- Change Management: Support transformation projects, consult on workforce impacts, and ensure effective communication with employees and union partners.
- Organisation Design: Lead reviews to align capability, headcount, and structure with business growth priorities.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs and deliver solutions that build capability.
- Reward: Ensure compensation is fair, competitive, and performance-related within the global reward framework.
- Core HR Processes: Take ownership of benefits, reporting, and data accuracy, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Degree qualified with CIPD Level 5 (minimum) preferred.
- 5 years’ HR experience, ideally within FMCG, B2B, or commercial organisations.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and proven ER expertise, including union experience.
- Track record of leading organisational/cultural change and talent management projects.
- Analytical, data-driven approach with experience interpreting HR metrics.
- Proficiency in HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Atoss) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
