Client Details
If you''re looking for a role offering genuine flexibility, variety and impact, I''d be delighted to speak with you in confidence.
This organisation is looking to appoint a proactive, commercially minded HR Business Partner to join its HR team in a part-time job share capacity at an exciting point in its journey. This is a genuine partnering role, providing strategic and pragmatic people support across three service areas and working closely with senior leaders to help deliver excellent outcomes for local communities.
A particularly attractive aspect of the opportunity is the chance to shape the role from the outset. With a new Director joining one of the service areas, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to establish a trusted partnership early, helping to influence and drive the people agenda from day one.
Working as part of an established job share arrangement, you''ll collaborate closely with a fellow HR Business Partner to ensure a seamless and high-quality service. Success in the role will come from building strong relationships, providing balanced and commercially aware advice, and working in partnership with leaders to navigate complex organisational and people challenges.
This opportunity will suit an experienced HR professional who combines strategic thinking with practical delivery, is comfortable coaching and constructively challenging senior stakeholders, and enjoys working collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes. Chartered CIPD membership is an essential requirement, although candidates from both public and private sector backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
