      <description>Location: City | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Our client, a well-established not-for-profit organisation, is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide both strategic and operational HR support during a significant Oracle HR/ERP implementation programme.Working closely with senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting organisational readiness, driving people-related change, and ensuring business continuity throughout the implementation period. Key Responsibilities  Partner with senior leaders to provide proactive HR support during a major systems implementation project. Support organisational change, stakeholder engagement and workforce planning activities. Work closely with project teams to ensure people processes align with the new Oracle system.
