This role has a strong emphasis on Employee Relations, offering expert guidance across a range of complex and sensitive people matters. You will act as a trusted advisor, supporting service delivery through effective people management, compliance with employment legislation, and the consistent application of HR policies and procedures. Experience within healthcare or a regulated environment will be highly advantageous.
