The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, values-led UK business at a pivotal moment in its journey. With a new group strategy about to be launched and a clear focus on evolving its people approach, the business is moving towards a more strategic, commercially aligned HR model. We''re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a busy manufacturing and supply operation of around 200 employees. Working closely with a new Director, you''ll play a key role in shaping the people agenda during a period of change bringing stability, confidence and a practical HR approach on the ground.
