HR Business Partner; based in Filton; 6 month contract; £28.73 per hour PAYE or £38.43 per hour Umbrella; 35 hours a week We are pleased to have the opportunity to recruit a Human Resources Business Partner to be part of a busy HR team working for a global aerospace client based in Filton. It is a very supportive and collaborative team, the team all have very different customers but come together for events, knowledge sharing, co-dev and a bit of fun. You are an HR consultant in how you partner with, listen to and advise your business area. You also ensure that HR policies are applied and that HR processes are implemented effectively and consistently in the business area in line with local legislation and global HR strategy.
