We are delighted to be working with a well known London organisation in their search for a part time HR Business Partner. This is a very high profile role supporting a prestigious London figure so we are looking for a credible HR professional with experience in this sort of environment You will be supporting a Corporate function of around 60 FTE Admin, Finance Comms and Events teams with priorities to include: - Change Management - General ER to support early intervention - Workforce Planning - Managing sickness It is absolutely essential that you have UK public sector experience with a strong understanding of working in political environments and the associated nuances within them.
