HR Business Partner Permanent opportunity Southampton Hybrid (2 days per week in office) Regular international travel required Up to £75,000 + benefits The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast-growing, technology-driven organisation operating on a global scale. Partnering with a specialist business division and its leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the people agenda, supporting organisational growth, developing talent, and embedding a high-performance culture. This is a commercially focused HRBP role where you will influence strategic decision-making while remaining close to operational people matters. This position would suit an HR professional who enjoys working within an innovative, fast-paced environment and who is passionate about enabling business performance through people. Key Responsibilities Working closely with business leaders and the wider People team, you will: Lead workforce planning activities, identifying capability gaps and implementing effective solutions. Develop and deliver talent management initiatives, including succession planning and early careers programmes. Coach and support leaders to strengthen management and leadership capability. Drive performance management processes and cultivate a culture of regular, constructive feedback. Support managers in addressing performance concerns effectively and proactively.
