Given a slight restructuring, we are now seeking an experienced HR Business Partner, who ideally resides locally in Buckinghamshire, or nearby, on a permanent and part-time basis (2 2.5 days per week). This role is available on a hybrid working basis, but will also require certain site presence, and is paying circa £48K - £52K pa pro-rata, together with full benefits. The Role Working within a team of approximately 50 onsite, as their HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic HR leadership and expert business partnering to the UK and European business, supporting organisational performance, business transformation and people strategy.
