Working as part of a HRBP team you will be aligned to your business areas for all aspects of travel being site based travelling across your sites.Client DetailsA well established food manufacturing business with UK wide sites.DescriptionReporting into the Senior HR Business Partner working as part of a wider HR TeamPartner with your site leadership teams for all aspects of HRProvide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees including complex ER casework and tribunal levelManaging Union site based relationships and pay negotiations when requiredSupport performance management and employee development initiatives.Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and improve processes.Collaborate with leadership teams to shape organisational culture and change initiatives.Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and effectively communicated.ProfileA successful HR Business Partner should have:Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally in a manufacturing, logistics or fast paced hands on environmentStrong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.Have previously worked with UnionsManaged complex ER casework up to tribunal levelAbility to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Confidence in handling sensitive issues with professionalism.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data effectively.Job OfferSalary up to £60k + company carSite based role our of WoksopWeekly ..... full job details .....
