A charity based in London are looking for a Permanent HR Business Partner to join them at short notice. The role is a strategic role with some operational elements. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days a week in the office.

Description
A HR Business Partner to:
- Provide strategic HR support and guidance
- Partner with your client group to move away from a reactive approach to be more proactive and strategic
- Develop people plans, workforce planning, succession planning
- Lead a variety of strategic initiatives
- The role will still encompass operational and business as usual activity
- Lead on employee relations activity as first line support and advice, and collaborate with the ER specialist on more complex casework
- Build and develop strong stakeholder relationships
- Lead on change management activity including restructures and consultations
- Develop relationships were your client group view HR as credible and value add
- Advise managers on HR Processes
- Line management 1 individual
Profile
A HR Business Partner with:
- Strong employee relations knowledge
- Experience working in not-for-profit, retail, hospitality, FMCG or multi-site organisations is desirable
- Previous partnering experience
- Able to start at short notice
Job Offer
Permanent HR Business Partner
Salary up to -52,000 per annum
London based with 3 days a week in the office
