HR Business PartnerWellingborough15 months interim with scope for extension/permanentManufacturingHybridClient DetailsPageGroup are delighted to be supporting a highly successful, UK-wide manufacturing business to appoint for an Interim HR Business Partner to join a busy HR team for circa 15 months (possible scope for permanent/extension in future)Due to the nature of this sector, the role is mostly office-based working but can offer some hybrid (Business needs dependent)This role will mostly be based from Wellingborough but UK travel will be required business needs dependent.DescriptionThis is a varied and generalist HR Business Partner role, supporting a number of manufacturing/distribution sites around the UK and working as part of a busy HR team.Duties will include but not limited to:Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations and HR policies.Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions for improvement.Support with HR projects and initiativesSupport the development and delivery of training programmes to up-skill manager to deal with people mattersSupport with a range of change management projectsCollaborate with leadership teams to drive cultural and organisational change.Act as a trusted advisor on performance management and succession planning.ProfileIdeal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar role and will be comfortable to travel to other sites, business needs dependentJob OfferUp to 6500015 months ..... full job details .....
