This is an exciting opportunity to support sites across the Coventry area and leaders across the organisation, helping them drive positive change, develop people-focused strategies, and deliver excellent HR services in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment.DescriptionAs a key strategic partner, you''ll:Provide high-quality HR advice on performance, attendance, employee relations, and learning and development.Work collaboratively with senior leaders to design and implement people plans.Lead on complex casework and ensure best practice in absence management, disciplinary processes, and grievances.Champion workforce planning, recruitment, on-boarding, and talent management initiatives.Drive transformation projects including TUPE, workforce re-modelling, and policy reviews.Analyse and report HR data to inform decisions and continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with safer recruitment and safeguarding requirements.Support, coach and line-manage HR Assistants, fostering growth and excellence across the function.Profile CIPD ..... full job details .....
