Description Reporting into the senior HR leadership team, the HR Business Partner will provide both strategic and operational HR support across a portfolio of sites. Working closely with senior leaders, you will lead on employee relations, organisational change, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, engagement, wellbeing and performance improvement initiatives.This is a fast-paced role that requires strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to manage complex casework, and a proactive approach to supporting organisational objectives through effective people solutions.Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers, helping them handle people matters clearly and consistently.Work with the Human Resources team to deliver effective HR processes ..... full job details .....
