The business is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support day-to-day operations and drive impactful HR initiatives. Reporting to the People Director, you''ll play a key role in enhancing employee engagement, improving processes, and delivering HR best practice across the business. Key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner: Lead on employee relations including performance, disciplinary, grievances, and leave. Coach and support line managers on people-related issues. Drive engagement, retention, and continuous improvement initiatives. Deliver training needs analysis and develop training/coaching plans.
