HR Business Partner - 12 month FTC - BelfastMCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an HR Business Partner on a 12-month specified purpose contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong people-first culture, supporting a large operational workforce across multiple sites in Northern Ireland.The role:Working closely with senior operational leaders, you will provide commercially focused HR support across the full employee lifecycle while helping to drive engagement, performance and organisational effectiveness.The main responsibilities: Partner with operational leadership teams to deliver proactive, commercially focused HR support.Coach and advise managers on employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, engagement, succession planning and organisational development.Build positive working relationships with trade union representatives and support collective consultation and industrial relations activity.Lead on complex employee relations cases and provide expert employment law guidance.Support organisational change initiatives and culture development across multiple operational sites.Work alongside specialist recruitment teams to support hiring and onboarding activity.Review workforce planning requirements and support payroll and resource planning processes.Lead and contribute to wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Drive engagement initiatives and ..... full job details .....
