This permanent role reports to the HR Director and is integral in enhancing organisational effectiveness, driving workforce planning, and fostering a positive employee experience.   Key Responsibilities:     Strategic Partnership:  Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to understand priorities and translate them into people strategies.
