HR Business Partner (Manufacturing)

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner - Operations to join a fast-paced, people-focused manufacturing environment in the North West.Client Detailshe role will suit someone who enjoys working close to the operation, building strong relationships with frontline and senior stakeholdersDescriptionYou will partner with operational leadership to:Provide proactive HR advice and coaching across the employee lifecycle.Support workforce planning, organisational design and resource requirements within a manufacturing environment.Lead and advise on employee relations matters, including absence, performance, conduct, grievances and disciplinary processes.Coach managers to improve leadership capability, employee engagement and performance.Support organisational change, restructuring and transformation programmes.Develop and implement people initiatives aligned to operational and commercial objectives.Use people data and insight to identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate these into practical actions.Work closely with recruitment, learning and development, reward and other HR colleagues to deliver an effective people service.Support employee engagement and culture initiatives across the operational workforce.Ensure HR policies and practices are consistently and fairly applied, in line with UK employment legislation and best practice.Build effective relationships with employee representatives and recognised trade unions where applicable.Promote a positive, ..... full job details .....
