Our client is a privately owned international brokerage business employing approximately 250 people across Europe, Asia and the Americas. Entrepreneurial, ambitious and continuing to grow, the organisation combines the pace and agility of a growing business with the governance requirements of a regulated environment. Reporting directly to the Global HR Director, this is an opportunity to become the second most senior HR professional within the business and help develop the HR function as the organisation continues to grow, mature and professionalise. The Opportunity This is not a traditional HRBP role within an established corporate HR structure. You''ll partner with senior commercial leaders across the business, providing broad HR support across the employee lifecycle while also helping build and improve the processes and infrastructure needed to support continued international growth. The environment is fast-moving and opportunistic, and priorities can change quickly. You''ll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, use your judgement and be prepared to roll your sleeves up rather than rely on established processes.
