This is a high-impact role supporting leaders across multiple European locations, providing both strategic and operational HR expertise within a fast-paced and evolving environment.Reporting into the Head of HR, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, driving people initiatives that support business growth, regulatory compliance, and organisational effectiveness. You will also manage one direct report and play a key role in developing and enhancing HR processes, systems, and governance across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leadership teams across Europe to deliver strategic HR support and guidance.Lead on a broad range of generalist HR activities including employee relations, performance management, organisational design, talent management, and workforce planning.Manage and develop an HR team member, ensuring a high-quality HR service is delivered across the business.Support business change initiatives, including TUPE transfers, restructures, and integration projects.Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and regulatory requirements.Act as a subject matter expert on the Financial Conduct Authority''s Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR/FMCR), supporting governance and regulatory ..... full job details .....
