This full-time role is based in Andover , paying up to £50,000 alongside some fantastic benefits, including 2 days per week working from home! Working closely with their Head of HR, you will manage the full employee lifecycle (excluding recruitment and workforce planning) and will provide in-depth support to managers on ER cases and HR queries. There will be a requirement to travel across sites on an ad hoc basis, including overnight stays, so this role will suit someone who is flexible and enjoys being visible to the workforce.
