What we are looking for in our ideal HR Business Partner: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (CIPD Level 7 is desirable), strong employee relations and TUPE experience along with excellent knowledge of the UK employment legislation and best practice. A strong team player with a highly organised and methodical approach, you ll have the ability to coordinate, manage and balance multiple projects and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
