As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will work across a broad range of HR activities, from employee relations and talent development to organisational change and people-focused projects. This role offers excellent exposure to global stakeholders and senior leadership teams, making it ideal for an HR professional looking to broaden their experience. Key responsibilities will include: Provide proactive HR guidance and support to employees, managers and leaders across the full employee lifecycle. Advise on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes and grievances. Support the delivery and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and employee experience initiatives.
