As HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and operational HR support across a broad range of people matters and you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and initiatives, including: Employee relations case management Restructuring, redundancy and change programmes Management coaching and development Recruitment support HR projects and organisational development initiatives Employment law advice and guidance Employee engagement and retention strategies We are looking for a commercially-minded HR professional who can confidently work autonomously while thriving as part of a wider team. You will ideally have: CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) Strong HR generalist experience Employee relations expertise including disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, redundancies and ideally TUPE Up-to-date employment law knowledge ..... full job details .....
