HR Business Partner

Position: HR Business Partner Location: Peterborough (With Hybrid Working) Salary Guide: 55,000 - 65,000 Plus Car/Allowance and Excellent Package Our client is a leading Engineering Contractor which operates throughout the UK delivering projects within the water sector and they have a new opportunity for an HR Business Partner tosupport them in delivering Anglian Water''s largest capital programme valued at over 9bn. This is hybrid position, based from their office in Peterborough for 2-3 days per week, whilst also supporting other regions in the South of England. You will be a trusted HR partner for managers and employees across your regions, helping to create a positive and high-performing working environment. Through expert employee relations support, coaching, talent development and succession planning, you''ll help managers get the best from their teams while supporting the delivery of their People Plan. Working closely with the Head of People and wider HR team, you''ll play an important role in developing their people and supporting the future success of the business. Key responsibilities: Manage all employee relations issues in your regions (disciplinary, grievance, performance management, sickness absence etc.)In partnership with Line Managers, deploy the People Plan within your respective areas of responsibility, for example succession and talent, line management training.Coaching Managers and individuals on people related matters.Working with the central teams to ..... full job details .....
