HR Business Partner - Manufacturing - CraigavonMCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded manufacturing organisation in Craigavon to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner on an interim basis, with a view to becoming permanent.This exiting opportunity will suit an experienced HR professional who is immediately available, or available in the coming weeks, and is looking for the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a well-established organisation.The initial requirement will be on an interim basis, with the intention that the successful candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.The roleThis is a broad and hands-on HR Business Partner position, working closely with senior stakeholders and providing trusted advice across the full HR remit.The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a generalist HR capacity, with particular strength across employee relations, organisational change and providing pragmatic HR advice to managers and leaders.A key element of the role will be supporting the organisation through a period of change.
