This is a varied, generalist role where you''ll have the autonomy to support managers across the full employee lifecycle, helping them confidently navigate people challenges while embedding best practice across the business.Working closely with the Head of People, you''ll be a trusted partner to managers, spending most of your time providing practical advice, coaching and support on employee relations, performance, attendance, wellbeing and day-to-day people matters.
