HR Business Partner
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing business.Key Responsibilities:Partner with senior leaders and managers to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectivesProvide expert HR guidance across employee relations, employment law, and organisational policy, ensuring commercially sound and compliant outcomesCoach and influence managers to build capability, improve decision-making, and drive consistency in people managementLead on organisational change, identifying risks and supporting the business through transformationOversee HR processes, systems, and people data to support insight, efficiency, and continuous improvementSkills and Experience Required:Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or senior generalist role, ideally within manufacturing or a similar operational environmentCIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)Strong knowledge of UK employment law and confidence managing complex employee relations mattersDemonstrable experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing at all levelsExperience supporting organisational change and developing management capabilityHighly organised, commercially aware, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environmentThis is an excellent opportunity for a confident and credible HR professional to make a real impact within a growing business.
