Hr Business Partner (Human Resources) Location: Warwick, CV34 4UL Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 6+ Months Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: £ 24.23 Per Hour Job Ref: (phone number removed) Job Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to the business, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to management and staff. Lead and manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Manage performance appraisal processes and support managers in addressing performance issues. Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR practices. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Person Specifications Must Have Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably as an HR Business Partner. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Nice to Have CIPD qualification or equivalent.
