Ideally, you will have strong HR experience at a similar level, be a confident communicator, be able to handle challenging conversations and have strong ER experience. You will be an integral part of the team, implementing and rolling out the people, planning and HR strategies across the business. You will also be providing value-adding support, coaching and advice to leadership team members.
