HR Business Partner Glasgow £43,500 Are you a driven, resilient and experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in strong relationship-building and employee relations? Are you looking for the opportunity to work for a nationally known business? We are working with a well-known and established business based in Glasgow City Centre to secure a new HR BP to join a high performing team. Ideally, you will have strong HR experience at a similar level, be a confident communicator, be able to handle challenging conversations and have strong ER experience. You will be an integral part of the team, implementing and rolling out the people, planning and HR strategies across the business. You will also be providing value-adding support, coaching and advice to leadership team members. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a national business, based in their office in Glasgow City Centre! You will work core hours Monday - Friday, and follow a hybrid working model, with travel permitted to other sites when required. Are you who we are looking for?
