HR Business Partner, Buckingham£55,000-£65,400Permanent, OnsiteHR Recruit are partnering with a manufacturing organisation to recruit a newly created HRBP role. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will cover 8 manufacturing sites within the Midlands and the South. You will be based in Buckingham for most of the week. You will provide pragmatic value-add HR advice, supporting staff and leadership teams to deliver our growth strategy, whilst demonstrating our values. You will work closely with our General Managers and their local leadership teams to support colleagues in our busy manufacturing sites.This is a new role, so you can help to shape how it evolves; however key activities will include:Act as a trusted advisor to your managers and staff; providing expert advice and guidance across operational delivery, acting as an integral member of each site''s leadership team.Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, resourcing and talent management and organisational development activities.Be a key driver in building the confidence and capability of our line managers to excel in their people management responsibilities, enabling everybody to be the very best that they can be.Support managers to drive a performance culture through coaching, facilitating development and performance discussions and succession planning.Contribute to reviewing and developing our policies, guidance and practices that enable colleagues to thrive.Proactively keeping up to date with changes in ..... full job details .....
