HR Business Partner / HR Change Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Change Lead / HR Business Partner / HR Manager to support an organisational transformation project. Working closely with senior leaders, managers and Trade Unions, you will lead complex workforce change initiatives including restructures, voluntary redundancy programmes, consultation processes and organisational redesign/reorganisation.Key Responsibilities Lead significant organisational change and workforce transformation programmes. Manage collective consultation processes and build effective relationships with Trade Unions and employee representatives. Oversee restructuring, voluntary redundancy (VR) and workforce reduction programmes. Advise senior leaders on operating model design, workforce implications and organisational risks. Provide strategic oversight across multiple change workstreams, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales. Develop workforce plans, consultation documentation and change communications. Ensure all activity complies with employment legislation, organisational policy and best practice.
