What you'll be doing: Advise line managers on ER, policy interpretation, performance reviews, and annual compensation cycles. Conduct org-wide Training Needs Analysis, design bespoke training courses, lead induction programmes, and drive succession planning. Drive ESG data collection and monthly reporting, build charity partnerships, and organise bank-wide ESG events.
