HR Business Partner

Are you an adaptable HR professional looking for a broad, high-impact HRBP role within banking/finance? 

Supporting the Head of HR, you will deliver full-spectrum HR operations, lead key training and talent initiatives, and spearhead the organisation's ESG strategy.

Salary on offer up to £60,000 plus an exceptional benefits package. This hybrid role is 4 days in the London HQ and 1 day working from home.

What you'll be doing:

• Advise line managers on ER, policy interpretation, performance reviews, and annual compensation cycles.
• Conduct org-wide Training Needs Analysis, design bespoke training courses, lead induction programmes, and drive succession planning.
• Drive ESG data collection and monthly reporting, build charity partnerships, and organise bank-wide ESG events.
• Update HR policies, assist with regulatory requirements, maintain GDPR compliance, and oversee monthly MI and reporting.
• Manage pension and benefits administration while supporting the HR Associate on daily workflows.

What you need:

• Substantial experience in HR, strictly within Banking or Financial Services.
• Ideally you will be educated to degree level plus CIPD qualification.
• Experience running TNA and designing/delivering training courses.
• Understanding of good ESG practice and how to apply this within a large organisation.
• Knowledge of banking/finance sector regulations and how it applies to employees.
