As a trusted HR Business Partner, you''ll advise on employee relations, employment law, organisational change and workforce planning, while leading on complex casework, HR policies and people-focused projects. You''ll build strong relationships with managers, support organisational change and help deliver the Council''s People Strategy. We''re looking for an experienced HR professional with significant experience in a similar HR role, including managing complex employee relations cases, developing HR policies, and supporting formal disciplinary processes. Excellent literacy and numeracy skills are essential, with the ability to produce clear, accurate written documentation, interpret data, and maintain precise records.
