They are seeking a commercially focused HRBP to support a diverse employee population, partnering closely with leaders to drive engagement, capability and business performance.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing decision-making and delivering practical people solutions in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with managers and leaders to deliver people initiatives aligned to business objectives.Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, employment legislation and HR best practice.Coach and support managers on performance management, absence, conduct, development and team effectiveness.Use people data and insights to identify trends, mitigate risks and support decision-making.Support recruitment, talent development and succession planning activities.Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help drive a positive workplace culture.Maintain and improve HR policies, processes and systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.Support organisational change, continuous improvement projects and wider people initiatives.About YouPrevious experience in an HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor or HRBP position.Strong employee relations ..... full job details .....
