Your new role This is a strategic HR Business Partner role partnering closely with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that support organisational performance and long-term objectives. You''ll lead workforce planning, organisational change and transformation initiatives, while providing expert advice on complex employment matters and people-related risk.Working as a trusted advisor, you''ll influence and coach senior stakeholders, use workforce data and insight to inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across people practices and services. You''ll also lead and develop a small HR team, fostering a high-performance, inclusive and supportive culture.
