HR Business Partner

Your new roleWe are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support senior leadership teams within a fast-paced, commercial organisation. This is a true partnering role, combining strategic HR support with hands-on operational delivery across the full employee lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and people strategy.Act as a trusted advisor, providing pragmatic HR guidance on complex people matters and business challenges.Lead on a broad range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence management and settlement agreements.Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures, redundancy programmes and TUPE activity.Drive talent management, succession planning and performance management processes.Analyse workforce data and provide insights to support business decision-making.Lead employee engagement initiatives and support the delivery of action plans.Advise on reward, compensation and benchmarking activity.Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR requirements and HR best practice.Coach and support managers to build capability and promote effective people management.About YouProven HR Business Partner experience within a complex, fast-moving organisation.Strong employee relations expertise with confidence managing high-risk and complex casework.Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.Experience supporting ..... full job details .....
