HR Business Partner

Your New CompanyA well-established international bank is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its London HR team. This is a broad and varied role, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and supporting key people initiatives across the business. Your New RoleReporting into theHead of HR, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities will include advising on employee relations matters, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, policy development, employee benefits and regulatory HR activities.You will also play a key role in training delivery, ESG initiatives and supporting compliance with FCA and PRA requirements, including SMCR. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with managers across the business, providing expert HR advice and support on employee relations matters.Manage ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, probation reviews and performance issues.Conduct training needs analysis with business leaders and support the delivery of learning and development programmes.Lead talent and succession planning initiatives to support organisational growth.Review and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and regulatory requirements.Support SMCR, ESG and wider HR compliance activities, including reporting and employee engagement initiatives.What You''ll Need to SucceedPrevious experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR ..... full job details .....
