This is a broad and varied role, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and supporting key people initiatives across the business.   Your New Role Reporting into theHead of HR, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities will include advising on employee relations matters, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, policy development, employee benefits and regulatory HR activities.You will also play a key role in training delivery, ESG initiatives and supporting compliance with FCA and PRA requirements, including SMCR.
