As part of their continued commitment to supporting patients, colleagues and communities, they are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People team.This is a highly visible role that will see you partner with senior leaders across the organisation, providing strategic and operational HR expertise that enables the business to achieve its objectives.Your new role As a People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance across the full employee life cycle and supporting the organisation''s wider strategic ambitions.Key responsibilities will include:Partnering with business leaders to align people strategies with operational and organisational objectives.Managing complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance and performance cases.Leading workforce change projects including restructures, organisational redesign, redeployment exercises and TUPE transfers.Using workforce data, trends and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and drive informed decision-making.Coaching and developing managers to enhance leadership capabilities and embed best practice people management.Supporting employee engagement, retention and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.Building and maintaining effective relationships with Trade Unions and key ..... full job details .....
