      <description>Location: London | Salary: &amp;pound;55000/annum &amp;pound;55k + generous benefits | Type: Permanent | Your new role   This HR Business Partner role will support assigned agency leadership teams, providing commercial and practical people advice across the full HR remit. The role will work closely with stakeholders to support workforce planning, organisational design, people strategy, change management and employee relations, while helping to improve consistency and capability across the HRBP function.   Partner with MDs and senior leaders to understand business priorities and translate these into clear people plans.  Provide confident HR advice across employee relations, performance, sickness absence, grievances, disciplinaries, exits and settlement discussions.  Manage complex ER cases from end to end, ensuring processes are fair, legally compliant and commercially balanced.  Support organisational change projects including restructures, consultation, TUPE activity, redundancy processes and wider transformation work.  Use people data and reporting to identify trends, highlight risks and recommend practical actions to improve performance, engagement and retention.
